FIRE RATED METAL PIPE COLLARS
Metacaulk® Pipe Collars are metal casings filled with intumescent wraps used on various PVC Pipes to restrict the spread of fire between floors & walls. In the event of a fire, the wraps inside the collars expand multiple times to develop a fire rated shutter and close the pipes holes, this fire barrier restricts the propagation of Fire & Smoke from the Fire exposed side to the unexposed side, which ensures the unhindered safe route for rescue of precious Human Life. The collars are available for various PVC pipes within sizes of 2", 3", 4", 6" diameters. The product is UL Listed & FM Approved and has been tested within Multiple applications at UL laboratory of USA.

    FIRE RATED METAL PASS THRU (SQUARE & ROUND SECTIONS)
    Metacaulk® Pass Thru is a metal sheet round / square section infilled with highly intumescent materials, it can be used to restrict fire withing small passing through cables, pipes, etc. It can also be used to restrict the fire within running sections. The Pass Thru is available within sizes of 2" & 4" diameters in round section and 21 /2 ” to 4” in square section. The product is UL Listed and has been tested within Multiple applications at UL laboratory of USA.

    FIRE RATED INTUMESCENT SLEEVE
    Metacaulk® Intumescent Sleeve is a metal sheet having intumescent wraps attached on inner side & can be used to restrict fire at any point without support. It can also be used to restrict the fire within small openings & gaps. The Sleeves are available wit hin sizes of 2", 3", 4", 6", 8” diameters. The product is UL Listed & FM Approved and has been tested within Multiple applications at UL laboratory of USA.

    FIRE RATED INTUMESCENT JOINT / WRAP STRIP
    Metacaulk® Intumescent Joint / Wrap Strip is a highly intumescent Strip which can be used for wrapping & Jointing applications with any Masonry, Mechanical, Electrical construction & application.
